Terms of use

These terms apply when you use PracticeExam.net ("we", "us"), create an account, take a practice exam or buy one. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What we offer

PracticeExam.net sells online practice exams for the FE Civil exam, with worked solutions, references and score reports. They are study material only. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by NCEES®, our questions are not real exam questions, and a score here does not predict or guarantee any result on the real exam.

Your account

• Give a real email address and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• An account is for one person. Don't share it or let others take exams with it.
• Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.

Purchases

• Prices are shown before you pay, and payment is handled by Stripe. We never see your full card details.
• Buying an exam gives your account access to take it. After you submit an exam, its answer review stays open for the review window shown on the exam (14 days unless stated otherwise).
• Coupon, referral and student discounts apply only as described where you use them, and can't be exchanged for cash.
• If something went wrong with a purchase, contact us and we'll look into it.

Gift codes

A gift code can be redeemed once, on one account, for the product described when it was bought. Gift codes don't expire and have no cash value. Keep the code safe: whoever redeems it first gets the exams.

Fair use of the content

• The questions, solutions and other material are ours (or licensed to us) and are for your personal study.
• Don't copy, publish, sell or share them, and don't use bots or scripts to collect them.
• Don't try to break, overload or get around the site's security or limits.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the site available and the content accurate, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. If you find a mistake in a question, please report it from your answer review. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site means you accept the update.

Liability

The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that the law doesn't allow us to limit.
